How it Works

1 Check eligibility

Check if you’re eligible to receive a grant with the qualifying criteria below. Fill in the contact form and one of our specialist team can advise you on the eligibility criteria relating to your property itself.

2 Arrange a survey

If you meet the qualifying criteria, we will arrange a free no-obligation survey to determine and discuss the optimum types of improvements for your home.

3 Start saving £££

Once you’re happy with the recommended improvements we will arrange an installation. Then, you can enjoy a warmer and more energy-efficient home whilst you save £££!

ECO4 Personal Qualifying Routes.

Eligibility for ECO4 grants depends on a variety of factors, the resident must qualify & then the property itself. To qualify personally, you must satisfy at least one of the criteria below. Our team are always on-hand to provide any guidance if necessary, so please feel free to reach out!

Your property must also have an Energy Performance Certificate rating of E, F, or G (or no EPC) to qualify. You can check this on the government's EPC Register.
